Because we provide custom digital services and downloadable digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any service from Biz Next Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom website design or development
  • Logo design
  • Vector art
  • Embroidery digitizing
  • DTF/DTG designs
  • SEO services
  • Graphic design services
  • Digital downloads
  • Any other digital or custom-made service

Due to the nature of digital products and custom work, once a project has been started, delivered, or files have been shared, refunds cannot be issued.


2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing project requirements carefully before placing an order
  • Providing accurate information and instructions
  • Reviewing proofs, previews, or revisions before final approval

3. Revisions

We may offer revisions depending on the service purchased and project scope.

Revision requests must:

  • Be related to the original requirements
  • Be submitted within a reasonable timeframe
  • Not include completely new concepts or redesign requests

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.


4. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has already begun:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Biz Next Solutions reserves the right to invoice for completed work and time invested

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback is filed after delivery of services or digital files:

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, communication records, and completed work to the payment provider
  • Future services may be refused

6. Service Delays

While we strive to deliver projects on time, Biz Next Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Missing client information
  • Delayed feedback or approvals
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Hosting or domain provider issues
  • Events beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
